Manage the LTAP program for MoDOT.

This project will provide a resource center and technology transfer for use by local officials throughout the state of Missouri.

Provide training, information and technical assistance to local government agencies in Missouri. The Missouri LTAP benefits UTC as an agent of technology transfer and also through the Missouri LTAP, UTC supports MST students.
